Webster, the kitty who forgot he was neutered

In the last few minutes I just added a license tag to Webster's collar and he is acting like it's some really freaky thing.  He's jumping around trying like heck to get the whole collar thing off.  I have to admit he is in rare sorts tonight.  I guess that's why I added the extra ID. I know he has been neutered but tonight I am not sure if HE knows that. He is in every open (screened) window howling with a very adolescent voice.  It screeches in and out of every tone level and then he races (faster) than usual up and down and all around the house.  He is purring, playing, biting and kicking all at the same time.  I know......you sent me the medical record. But tonight he is being very special!  -- Lisa
