Trixie

Trixie is doing wonderfully, thanks! She is so sweet and we love her very much. There's so much to say about our precious Trixie Lulu Belle (her full name - we got the Lulu from her foster Kathleen, she called her that sometimes)! She's a plop and pet kitty for sure, and she has the cutest "meow!" Trixie's pretty much a luxury cat - that is she sleeps on our bed sprawled out luxuriously all day! When she's not there, she's near me, Trixie's very social and likes to be with people. She still doesn't like being held much, but tolerates it, and she's not a lap cat, but she'll sit right next to us on the sofa just purring, oh, and she loves being petted! When she wants to play, Trixie will lie on her back with her paws curled up and look at us until she catches our eye - it's impossible not to notice - she's just so cute! Even our dog Skippy gets along fine with her. I can't imagine how hard it must have been for Trixie when she didn't have a home.

Maine Coon Adoptions is such a wonderful organization. I follow you all on Facebook and YouTube, and often share the videos of the new kitties with others. Thank you for the work you and the other volunteers do! And a special thank you for saving Trixie!
